This is a vintage 1980’s soft flowing light silk dress. It has a vibrant striped design in lemon yellow and turquoise. The dress has puffed sleeves, wrap front top with double row of yellow plastic buttons, elastic waist that is covered with a wide sash belt, and folded French cuffs. The garment bust measures exactly 38 inches and is recommended for 36 inches bust, waist is elastic, actual hips are 42 inches but designed to be worn by about 38/40 inches hips person. Shoulder to shoulder seam is 14.5 inches and sleeves are 19 inches long.
