It has vertical ribbing and the color is grayish silver with a slight metallic sheen. The skirt is made of 18 percent rayon, 8 poly, and 7 acetate. It is tagged UK size 10, FR 38, IT 42. This is a USA 6. Elastic waist can go about 26-28 inches, and hips can fit about 36 inches. Total length on hanger is 33 inches.
