This is a vintage 1980's blue and black houndstooth pattern dress. It has puffed short sleeves, decorative black buttons at shoulder, shiny black vinyl belt, peplum, and fitted skirt. The dress is made of polyester jersey, and is in excellent hardly worn condition. Will fit 35/36 inches at bust, elastic waist should sit at about 28 or up to 30 inches, and 38 inches hips.
