This is a nice vintage 1980’s semi-sheer polyester (not jersey) dress. It has short puff sleeves, low V-back, and pretty copper shimmer embroidered design at front neck. The dress is nicer than pictured, and you can add your own belt if desired. The belt shown is not included. Will fit 35/36 inches at bust, elastic waist should sit at around 28/30 inches and the hips are an exact 40 inches so is recommended to be worn by up to 38 inches.
