This is a vintage 1970’s mod designer dress by Kaisu Heikkila Oy Finland. It is a lightly textured polyester knit jersey fabric in a vivid green color. The dress zippers up in the back, has long sleeves, and a-line maxi skirt. It is in excellent vintage condition and will fit 36 inches at bust, actual garment waist unstretched is 30 inches, and actual garment semi-full hips are 44 inches but recommended to be worn by about 36/38 or 40 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches and sleeves are 23 inches.
