This is a vintage 1970’s black soft velvet long dress. It has a raised waistline and full length a-line skirt. The dress has ruffled layered tissue silk sleeves and will fit 34 inches at bust, actual garment raised waist is 28/29 inches and actual garment hips are 38 inches exact but recommended to be worn by about 34/36 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches and sleeves are 23 inches.
