This is a 1970s black velvet evening gown with wide matching belt. It has long semi sheer sleeves and zippers up in the back. The neckline is trimmed with a sheer ruffled fabric and it is in very clean condition. It has nice detailing like fabric covered snaps and the back of the belt is lined in leather. It is size small to fit a maximum 36-26-36.
