1940's Wool Skirt Suit w Real Leopard Collar
This is a beautiful vintage 1940's skirt suit. It is in excellent condition and is trimmed with real spotted leopard fur collar. It has a double row of covered buttons, fitted waist and pleated skirt. It is lined inside with deep wine fabric. It will fit a 36 inches bust as exact measurement is 38 inches, waist measures 27 inches and hips are 38 inches.

1940’s Sheer Black Net & Velvet Long Gown
This is a pretty vintage 1940’s dress. It is made of a sheer black soft net fabric overlaid on a black lining. The dress has velvet shoulder straps, back metal zipper, and ruched detail at center bust. It would not go on my mannequin so I have shown it laid flat. It is size XXS to fit up to 30 inches at bust, 24 inches waist and about 34 inches hips. Excellent condition.

1940’s Lipstick Red Silk Floral Dress
This is a nice vintage 1940’s silk dress. The red is a more vivid and bright true crimson lipstick red compared to the photos, and has a pretty turquoise, and lime floral design. The dress has a back neck zipper so must go on over the head and shoulders, and is in excellent clean condition with no flaws. Will fit 36/38 inches at bust, the actual dress waist is 32 inches but recommended for up to 30 inches, and actual hips are 42 inches but good for 40 inches hips person. Shoulder to waist seam is 15 inches.

1940’s Blue Taffeta Ruched Rhinestones Dress
This is a pretty late 1940’s vintage pale greyish blue taffeta dress. The skirt has an inverted V pleat at the front with scalloped edges, ruching at outer side of the batwing sleeves, and a large rhinestone button at front neck. The fabric has an iridescent sheen to it, and the dress has a metal side zipper so goes on over the head and shoulders. It is in excellent vintage condition and will fit 32 inches bust, 24 inches waist and the hips are semi-full but would proportionately fall at about 34 inches.

This is a nice vintage 1940’s classic wool jacket. The edges are trimmed with matte black silk satin and the jacket has covered buttons down the front. It is in excellent clean condition and will fit 38 inches at bust, actual garment waist is 32 inches and hips are 38 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 16 inches and sleeves are 24 inches.

This is a vintage 1940’s Hollywood silver-screen style formal gown by Frank Starr. It has a sheer nude colored bodice with black lace and black sequins, and the skirt is made of black crepe that drapes when worn. There is a ruched accent at back waist and the front waist has a draped gathered design. The dress goes on over the head and shoulders with a size zipper and back neck buttons. It will fit up to 36 inches at bust exact and 26 inches waist, and 36 or up to 38 inches max hips.

1930's Black Silk Velvet Long Deco Dress
This is a vintage 1930's long silk velvet dress. It is seamstress made, with no garment manufacturer labels. The dress goes on over the head and shoulders, and is cut on the bias. It has pierced keyholes at upper back for an Art Deco look, and has half length sleeves with elasticized cuffs. It is in overall good vintage condition for its age, and will fit 38 inches at bust, and about 38/40 inches at hips.

1930’s Black Rayon Day Dress by Junior Guild
This is a vintage 1930’s black rayon dress. It has a metal side zipper, and goes on over the head and shoulders. It has 3/4 length sleeves with side ruching, ruffed trim at neckline, and ruching detail at ribcage. The dress has an interesting label with a Deco girl walking her dog. The fabric is semi sheer so should be worn with a slip underneath. There are some small tiny holes along right outer sleeve near ruching, and again some at bottom of ruching panels in the front. This is common with garments of this age, but should not detract when worn, and would be backed by a slip worn underneath. Will fit 32 inches bust, 24 inches maximum waist, and 34 inches maximum hips. 15 inches shoulder to shoulder, 18 inches long sleeves.

This is a beautiful vintage 1940’s black wool jacket. It has a classic fitted hourglass design with wide collars, pointed Deco front pockets, and French cuffs. The jacket is in perfect vintage condition, and is labeled Louis Manley. Will fit 34 inches at bust, actual garment waist is 28 inches but recommended for somewhere around 26 inches waist person, and to 36 inches hips. Shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches and sleeves are 23 inches. Approximate modern size 4-ish.

1940’s Brown Wool Fitted Suit by Louis Manley
This is a nice vintage late 1940’s or early 1950’s suit by Louis Manley, Toronto. It has a straight fitted pencil skirt with side zipper and back kick pleat, and the jacket has pointed collars, side hip pockets, and French cuffs. The suit is in very excellent clean condition with no flaws except for 1 small hole (pictured) only on interior fabric lining of jacket. This is inside only, and cannot be seen at all when worn from the outside. Will fit 38 inches at bust, 30 inches waist, and 40/41 inches hips. Shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches and sleeves are 23.5 inches long.

1940’s Navy Sheer Rayon Flowing Dress
This is a pretty vintage 1940’s sheer dress by Vivan Lee. It has a metal size zipper, rounded little collar, up-turned sleeve cuffs, and fastens at back neck with hook and eye closure. The fabric is a flowing sheer navy blue dressy rayon that hangs nicely on the figure. It in very good vintage condition and the actual garment bust is 40 inches so would be good for 38 inches bust person, actual waist is 30 inches but recommended for about 28/29 inches, and the hips are semi-full and free, but would proportionately be good for about 40-42 inches.
