This is an older vintage bakelite curved leaf pin. It is made of black bakelite with original brass pinback and brass wire accents. The leaf has a series of circular carved designs and the pin measures 1.25 x 3.5 inches.

This is a carved bakelite bangle in a true opaque black. It has a square profile and 3 sunburst carved designs around the outer face. The bangle is just short os 0.5 inches wide and is 2.5 across interior diameter.

2 Bakelite Wide Carved Changer Bangles
This is a pair of vintage bakelite changer bangles. They appear to be a dark brown or black, but when held up to strong light is is really translucent deep wine red. The wider one is 0.75 inches wide, 2.5 interior diameter and the other is 5/8 wide and 2.5 inches interior diameter. Both are very old but the thin one shows some surface scratching from age.

Bakelite Cherry Cherries Jubilee Necklace Set
A truly rare find, this 1935 vintage bakelite cherries parure includes a tassled long necklace, a double strand bracelet, clipback button earrings – and is a required addition to any serious bakelite collection! (The 1935 cherries Jubilee necklace can be found in Dee Battle's Best of Bakelite on page 118, and Necklace and bracelet found both in Schiffer's Plastic Jewelry book page 91). This set has several chunky bakelite double cherries and green celluloid leaves, attached to the jelly red link chains. The closures and clips are all old brass metal. The clip earrings are 1 inch and have a carved design. The double strand bracelet has 6 leaves and 4 pairs small cherries and 3 pairs large cherries. 1 large cherry is broken off/missing, and 1 small cherry is missing. It can adjust up to 8 inches. The necklace has all 14 leaves, and all 7 pairs of small cherries, and out of 5 pairs of large cherries, 3 are missing 1. However, these are all located in the bottom tassel clusters so not visible when worn (I also have the 3 loose broken off cherries). This is a hard to find set, and the original owner kept these special items together for all of these years! The necklace chain hangs down 14 inches when worn (total 28 inches) and the tassel bottom adds an additional 5.5 inches long when worn.

Bakelite Marbled Rust Carved Bracelet
This bakelite carved bangle is a deep reddish orange rust color. It is opaque and has lighter marbled colors throughout. The bangle is round and th face is carved all around with deep cuts and art deco flower designs. It is 3/8 wide, 2.5 interior diameter, and 3/8 thick walls, and is quite heavy.

This is a nice vintage bakelite carved turtle pin. It is in excellent condition and has its original brass hardware and pinback. The wood is a dark brown color and is also carved. It measures 2 x 1.25 inches.

Machine Age Modern Bakelite Chrome Bangle
This is an old circa 1930's Art Deco bakelite bangle. It has a machine-age Modern design with carved dark wood, carved marbled orange bakelite, and chrome band. It is a collectible peice and would look nice worn together with other bakelite bangles. It is very heavy and thick and measures 1 inch at widest, 2.5 inches across interior diameter of opening, and 3/8 inches deep walls.

This is a vintage bakelite faceted bangle. It is an older circa 1930’s bangle and does show some light vintage wear from age, but is still very wearable. It measures 3/8 inches wide and 2.5 inches across interior diameter.

New Old Factory Stock Bakelite Jewelry Peices
These are old carved bakelite peices that were used for jewelry. They came from an old bakelite factory and are new old stock. There are apple green, olive green and yellow peices with heavy floral carving. The backs have 2 holes for the hardware. If desired I can glue a pinback upon request of customer included in price or sell as is. Each peice is 1.75 x 1.5. There are 12 apple green, 8 olive green and 8 yellow. Price is for 1 each.

Bakelite Dangling Red Cherries on Log Pin
This is a bakelite dangling cherries pin. The 8 cherries are attached to a carved and resin painted log. The green plastic that covers the stems is worn, but you will find this with most peices like this if you are lucky enough to find one. The log is 1.5 inches across and the pin would make a really desirable addition to any bakelite collection.

Bakelite 17 Red Dangling Cherries on Log Pin
This is the famous collectible bakelite red cherries on log brooch. It is the larger version of the other one that I am offering on my site. This one has 17 red bakelite cherries dangling from a log. It has the usual wear and loss of green plastic that covers the cherry stems. Otherwise it is a great collectible item. The log is 2.25 inches across.

Pair Reverse Carved Painted Lucite Deco Pins
This is a pair of old 1940's vintage clear lucite reverse carved pins. They have a nice abstract scrolled design and the reverse carving is painted gold. They have their original heat set pinbacks and are in excellent condition. They each measure almost 3 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.

Bakelite Black Cherry Dangle Carved Clip
This is a nice old vintage bakelite carved dress clip. It is a great translucent dark red color that is meant to imitate a black cherry. The clip itself is huge and deeply carved and measures 2.75 inches long. There are 7 bakelite dangling cherries and as is normal with these old pins, the plastic coating on the stems is worn away as you can see in the photos. Otherwise this is a fantastic and impressive peice that would make a nice addition to a collection.
